Brock Kaminski / Associate

Mr. Kaminski is a commercial litigator, with experience in the trial, appellate and supreme courts of both the State of Arizona and the United States. With a focus on insurance defense matters, Mr. Kaminski’s practice revolves around the successful navigation of complex matters through traditional litigation, compulsory arbitration and private mediation. In a recent case before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Rina Rai and Mr. Kaminski prevailed on an appeal from a plaintiff seeking to overturn a complete defense jury verdict obtained by Rai Duer Huff in a multi-million dollar products liability action. Mr. Kaminski’s article, “Evolution of Implied Warranty in Arizona”, was published in the March 2020 edition of the Maricopa County Bar Association’s monthly newspaper, and he also served as an editor for a treatise on commercial leasing in Arizona. Mr. Kaminski received his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. During law school, Mr. Kaminski completed consecutive internships under the Honorable Jeffrey N. Cole, Magistrate Judge, and the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. There, he researched, analyzed, and drafted opinions regarding complex issues of federal law. Subsequently, he worked as an Extern for the City of Chicago Department of Law’s Federal Civil Rights Litigation Division where he defended police officers in both state and federal civil rights lawsuits.
